Bring tired floors back to life with our meticulous sanding, staining, and finishing process.

Decades of dust, wear, and faded finish disappear under our hands. We dustless-sand to bare wood, repair gouges and gaps, then build a multi-layer stain and top-coat system using premium polyurethane finishes. Each board is treated as a single piece of furniture would be: by the owners, never by a sub-contractor.

Unfinished & Prefinished Installation

Solid oak, maple, walnut, engineered, and prefinished planks expertly installed and finished on site.

Whether you have selected raw boards to stain on site or a prefinished engineered plank, every installation begins with subfloor preparation, moisture checks, and a precise layout. We hand nail, glue, or float to manufacturer specification and finish the project with shoe moulding, transitions, and stair nosing that look like they grew there.

Stain & finish

Custom stain matched on your floor, then multiple coats of premium polyurethane finish buffed between layers for glass-smooth depth.
